Firstly Jurgen helped me with a complicated Excel Sales Spreadsheet that I use to track payment of commissions. I was impressed with the way that he understood the complexities of how I wanted it set up, and he has added value with his own ideas. Secondly I attended his workshop on how to save time using your computers including learning a better way to handle your emails.
